Procedure. Jerome Kleinrichert was indicted for pandering by the Allen County Grand Jury on March 3, 1970. He was convicted and sentenced to the Indiana State Prison for a period of not less than one (1) nor more than ten (10) years and fined One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). The conviction was affirmed by the Court of Appeals for the Third District on February 9, 1973.[Footnote *] Kleinrichert v. State (1973), 292 N.E.2d 277. Petitioner specifies the following as error:
